The address of the condo at Sands Ocean Club is 9550 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC (16th Floor). The address of the penthouse at Ocean Forest Plaza is 5523 N. Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC (23rd Floor).

The minimum age requirement to rent the condo is 21. The adult who rents the unit will be responsible for it. He or she must sign the rental agreement and reside at the unit for the duration of the rental. If you are a graduating student you may want to visit: http://www.myrtlebeachtours.com/

We do not charge a security deposit. We do however, require a damage deposit of $300.00 to reserve a condo. The rental cost of the condo is due 30 days prior to taking occupancy.

There are no other expenses other than the rental cost and the damage deposit. The taxes and departure cleaning fees are included in the rental cost. The damage deposit is refunded once housekeeping confirms that there was no damage during the stay.

Our prices are extremly low compared to renting directly from the resort. We keep our prices low enough where there is no need to negotiate.

To determine how much your stay will cost, use the calculate tool on the reservation page. Click the reservations link, then click on the link that corresponds to the property you wish to stay at. Enter the number of adults that will stay, choose the desired dates, and click calculate.

If you are paying by credit card, you my click here to download a credit card authorization form. Please fax the form to (877) 828-2904. If you are paying by check or money order, please mail your payment to P.O. Box 26451, Raleigh, NC, 27611. Please mail your payment in time for funds to clear by the 30 day deadline.

The door on the condo contains a number key pad. We request a 4 digit pin number from the guest and have the number programmed into the lock at the condo. A welcome email is sent to the guest with other details pertaining to the stay.

One set of linens are provided at no additional cost. You may want to bring extra towels (especially if you are bringing children). Washer and Dryer facilities are located at both resorts. Cleaning supplies are normally available, however, you may want to consider bringing some. Cleaning service can be arranged at a cost of $100.00.

We do not allow pets. We are unable to determine if a pet will be a well behaved pet or a problem pet. In order to keep our properties looking nice for all guest, we have to decline pet request.

Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort. If you bring motorcycles, you need to make sure you can find suitable parking on the street or in a parking facility.

Our Penthouse condo is approximately 2 football fields from the beach. It is built across the street from the beach, but nothing is built in front to block the view (see our testimonial page). Our Sands Ocean Club condo is directly on the beach.

We try to make a little money on a lot of reservations. Most beach homes are rented during the summer months and vacant the rest of the year. Our goal is to keep the beach homes rented and to obtain customers who want to return again and again.
